With Business Insider, Type Investigations, and Retro Report, I made this 20-minute documentary in 2023. It’s based on some articles I wrote, especially this one. The film won the Distinguished Service Award For Excellence In Media from the Institute on Violence, Abuse, and Trauma and was a finalist in the annual Investigative Reporters & Editors awards contest.
